Typically 50 percent up front, 50 percent before launch. Larger projects can be split into milestone based payments. I invoice via Wise, Stripe, Upwork, or Fiverr depending on where we connect.

Yes. I am happy to sign your NDA before reviewing any sensitive material, or to use a simple mutual NDA if you do not have one ready.

Who owns the final website?

You do. I transfer the platform account on launch, hand over Search Console, GA4, and any third party tools, and document every credential.

Can you handle ongoing content updates after launch?

Yes, that is what the care retainer is for. Most clients move into a small monthly retainer after launch so they have a predictable response window when they need a quick update.
