Challenge
A growing direct to consumer brand needed an eCommerce build that could carry serious volume without the usual platform pain. The previous setup leaked sessions, suffered weak product pages, and had no real abandoned cart recovery.
Solution
Rebuilt the catalog, redesigned product pages around buyer questions instead of feature dumps, set up Klaviyo flows including abandoned cart and post purchase, tuned site speed for Core Web Vitals. Added subscription support and a regional shipping table.
