Scaling a DTC store past $5M ARR

Role, Lead store developer

Challenge

A growing direct to consumer brand needed an eCommerce build that could carry serious volume without the usual platform pain. The previous setup leaked sessions, suffered weak product pages, and had no real abandoned cart recovery.

Solution

Rebuilt the catalog, redesigned product pages around buyer questions instead of feature dumps, set up Klaviyo flows including abandoned cart and post purchase, tuned site speed for Core Web Vitals. Added subscription support and a regional shipping table.

Agency rescue and full redesign

Role, Senior developer brought in mid project

Challenge

A growing agency had taken on a website that the original developer could not deliver. The client was frustrated, the structure unusable, and the agency relationship at risk.

Solution

Audited the existing build, rebuilt the information architecture from zero, redesigned key pages around clearer messaging, then implemented with proper responsiveness and SEO. Daily updates kept the agency calm while the client saw progress.

Challenge

Agency demand was outpacing delivery. They needed someone who could keep quality high while sustaining a 15 to 20 site per month pace, without drifting into messy templates.

Solution

Built a reusable component library, locked in a four phase production workflow (intake, design, build, QA), and trained the team on a shared QA checklist. Personally led the most complex builds.

WordPress to Webflow migration

Role, Migration lead and designer

Challenge

A SaaS company was trapped in a WordPress site held together by twelve plugins. Every update broke something and Core Web Vitals were red across the board.

Solution

Full Webflow rebuild with the existing brand. URL parity and 301 redirects for every page that mattered. Schema rebuilt cleanly, sitemap submitted, post launch monitoring for thirty days.

Multiple healthcare and dental clinics needed sites that built trust fast, made bookings effortless, and ranked locally without paying for ads forever.

Solution

Mobile first redesigns built around clear service pages, treatment FAQs, real photos, and fast booking flows. On page SEO with local schema, NAP consistency, and Search Console submission.

GoHighLevel funnel rebuild for a coach

Role, Funnel architect

A high ticket coach was sending paid traffic to a landing page that converted under one percent. Lead nurturing was effectively absent.

Solution

Replatformed the funnel into GoHighLevel. New landing page with stronger framing, qualifying questions, and a calendar booking flow. Wired in a five email nurture sequence and SMS reminders.
