Scope

  • Brand to web translation
  • Multi page architecture
  • Project showcase
  • Lead capture

Summary

Commercial construction RFPs are won on perceived seriousness. The rebuild turns ConstructPro from a small local builder visually into a credible mid market firm, with an architecture that walks procurement teams through expertise, projects, and proof in two minutes.

Challenge

The previous site looked like a contractor flyer. Procurement teams routinely ranked smaller, less experienced firms higher because their websites read as more professional. The work needed to project the scale and reliability that the team actually delivered on site.

Approach

Editorial type, structured grids, real project photos, and an orange accent system that signals safety and energy without going into hard hat clichés. The home page becomes a one page pitch deck. The Services, About, and Contact pages each carry a single job and avoid filler.

Section by section

How the page is built, block by block.

Every section on this site exists for a reason. Here is what each block is doing, and why it sits where it sits.

01

Hero

We build strong, modern and reliable structures that last generations

Wide construction site photo with a confident headline anchored bottom left. A single orange Get Started button is paired with a quiet secondary link. The eyebrow above the headline names the company so brand recognition compounds without a logo wall.

02

Our expertise

Three capabilities, photo led

Architectural design, project management, general contracting. Each card carries a real photo, a one line description, and a learn more link. The grid intentionally avoids stock illustrations because procurement officers can spot stock photos at a glance.

03

Why partner with ConstructPro

An editorial split with the differentiators

Photo of a real site on the left, a checklist of partnership reasons on the right. Safety record, schedule discipline, transparent budgeting. Phrased the way a procurement director would phrase it, not the way a marketing team would.

04

Recent projects

A two card showcase with room to grow

Two flagship projects featured as full bleed cards with names, locations, and one line outcomes. The grid is built on a CMS so the team can publish new projects without touching the page.

05

Client voices

Two short, specific testimonials

Quoted reviews on an orange band, names and roles attached. Procurement teams read these for risk markers, so they were edited down to the single specific outcome line each.

06

Ready to start your project

A single closing CTA

A dark band with one short line and one button. The whole page has been an argument. This is the moment it asks for the meeting.

07

Inner pages

About, Services, and Contact, each with a clear job

About leans on the founders and the safety record. Services unpacks each capability into scope, deliverables, and contract types. Contact pairs a real form with the office address and a clean Google Maps embed.

Outcome

What shifted after launch

Patterns observed across analytics, client reporting, and inbound leads after the site went live.

  • Inbound RFPs shifted upmarket within the launch quarter

  • Time on Recent Projects climbed once thumbnails were paired with one line outcomes

  • Contact form completion jumped after the form moved above the map
